What we collect and how

• Quick form: name and phone number.
• Move calculator: type of move, number of rooms and items, pick-up and drop-off addresses, floor and elevator, crane, date, name, phone, notes, and photos if you choose to attach them.
• If you call or message us directly, we receive your phone number and what you write.

The site itself does not store these details. When you press send, a ready WhatsApp message opens on your device, and it reaches us only if you send it.

Information collected automatically

The site does not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

Only to get back to you, give you a quote, and arrange and carry out the move. We won't use it for marketing or send you promotional messages.

Do you have to give us information?

There is no legal obligation to give us any information; it is your choice. Without a phone number or a WhatsApp message we can't get back to you with a quote.

Who receives it

Your details stay with Alex only and are not passed to any other person or business. They are not sold or shared for advertising. We will hand information to an authority only if the law requires it.

Messages travel through WhatsApp, owned by Meta. Information there is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy and may be stored on servers outside Israel.

How long we keep it

Your details are kept on Alex's phone and in WhatsApp and are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. No method guarantees complete protection.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may view the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You can also ask us to delete all your details.

Links to other services

The site links to WhatsApp and to our Google business profile. What happens there is governed by those companies' privacy policies.
